- Slight variations in color or fit may occur due to photography or screen settings and Sizes follow standard charts, but minor differences may exist.
- Despite our best efforts, pricing or typographical errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Cancellation
- Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placement. No cancellations will be entertained after this period.

The Liftz reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion in cases including but not limited to: stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent transactions.
Shipping & Delivery
Domestic Orders
- Delivery typically within 3–7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available at select serviceable pin codes.
- A COD handling fee of ₹49 may be applicable per order.
- Orders above ₹2000 are not eligible for COD and must be prepaid.
- If a COD order is refused or not accepted, The Liftz reserves the right to:
- Disable COD for future purchases.
- Cancel or restrict future orders for repeated non-acceptance.
International Orders
- Delivered within 7–21 business days depending on location and customs.
- Any duties or customs charges are to be borne by the customer.
Note:
- We are not liable for delays caused by: Natural calamities, Political unrest, Strikes and Courier issues.
- Incorrect address details provided by the customer will result in re-shipping fees borne by the customer.
Returns & Refunds
- We do not offer product exchanges.
- Returns are accepted for eligible items under our Return & Refund Policy, subject to the conditions mentioned therein.
- Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after quality inspection.
Pricing, Offers & Promotions
- All prices are listed in INR (₹) or as applicable based on your region.
- Promotional offers, discounts, and coupons are time-sensitive and subject to specific terms.
- We reserve the right to withdraw or modify any offer without prior notice.
Cashback & Guest Checkout
- Cashback or loyalty rewards (if any) apply only to registered accounts.
- Guest checkout users will not be eligible for such rewards

The Liftz is not liable for:

- Delays or losses due to third-party delivery partners
- Errors in pricing or product descriptions

- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price paid by the customer.
Force Majeure
We shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to fulfill our obligations caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or internet failures.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, defamatory, or offensive content.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, computer systems, or networks.

User-Generated Content & Reviews
If you post a review or upload media:
- You grant us the right to use, reproduce, or display it in our marketing materials or online platforms.

Fraud Prevention
- The user is solely responsible for any transaction made through their card or account.
- Any fraudulent activity will lead to immediate cancellation of the order and possible legal action.
